That Kicked Ass.

Would have been nice if the song was a better-quality stream, but really I could care less.

Anything I have to say doesn't matter. Go watch the movie.

Beleive me, I tried upping the sound quality.

That Was More Awesome Than the Song in the Movie!

Time spent reading this is time spent not watching this movie, so I'll be quick.

Expert pseudo-3D animation, cute but dazzling art style, spectacular images, great sense of flow, and a hilarious song to boot.

I wonder what a music video made to the reprise song at the end of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" would look like. Something to consider...

AntonyC responds:

Heh... I was actually thinking the same thing, but decided 6meg was large enough (I'm trying to be kind to the Dial-uppers). Whenever I hear that version I always come up with a strange image of Bill Nighy (Slarty Bartfast from the film) singing while stoned, ala his opening song from 'Love Actually'.

One of the Most Educational Flashes I've Ever Seen

I learned a lot about oranges, but... good HEAVENS, this was LONG!!

LollerCupcake responds:

Yup.

This would explain a lot...

I tried to ask StrangeClock a question related to Clocks on AIM today, and he logged off (or blocked me) as soon as I asked it.

I hope he didn't make this movie because of me... :S

StrangeClock responds:

haha no, you caught me just as I was winding down conversation with other people because I had to leave. Contact me next time you see me on AIM, I've got a tutorial written up about that question you asked.

:'( You Used My Idea! And You Made It Funnier!

You know me as UberMan5000, but soon I shall go by the alias SnakeClock. My first movie, "The Birth of a Clock", was to detail something similar to the Clockification Test, but you beat me to the punch! Not only that, but you made it funny! I was planning to make mine dramatic!

Anyways, this was still an amusing film, particularly for its originality. I especially liked that "Voice" character. =)

I'll probably still go ahead and finish "The Birth of a Clock"; hopefully it will still seem original. Also keep an eye out for "SnakeClock Has a Zit" and my entry into the Clockmas contest on [no promotion of unrelated web sites OR SO HELP ME GOD.].

Another Masterpiece from Hot Diggedy Demon!

A boy with one arm and a girl with one eye... you'd think that wouldn't make for an amusing animation, much less one as incredibly gleeful as this!

This movie totally beams of a kind of peppiness the likes of which I've never seen! Every aspect of the film made me so, so happy, from the adorable and well-crafted visuals to the joyously energetic score to the unconventional but hilarious story and all the way back again. I've laughed more times watching this one movie than I have all of last month!

This movie has stirred my personal respect and admiration for Hot Diggedy Demon. I now believe only a mind like his could have made a film like Joan and Mark come together so richly.

SnakeClock...

I'd buy them.

WOO!

Few things in this world are funnier than computer-generated voices going "ayayayayayayayayayayay!" and "Arg."

So there.

I Don't Think Any of You Got the Point...

Read the title, then replace "Will" with "Lil".

Get it? This is a satire on a popular Flash cartoon that was made some weeks ago called "Lilium". It's animated like a parody of that, such as with the black scribbly border and the exact same background music.

It seems the CommunistLock has a bit of an opinion about the Goth "schlub-culture" (a subculture composed of shallow ideas and behaviour), and chooses to parodize it. This manages to pull it off more successfully than any of the other parody collections (such as the feculent LaBlueGirl Collection) by looking more like what its trying to satirize instead of describing it in the author's comments, which nobody reads anyway.

I liked "Lilium", personally, but I agree with his stance on the Goth "schlub-culture". People defining themselves by a thin dogma like this truly annoys me, and whats even more annoying is that they're trying to create depth with it by playing sad music and writing bad poetry. Never mind using Gothicness to try and get a better understanding and expression of yourself, it's easier to just suck up attention by wear black and not get any sun. Booga booga.

Positively Maddening!

Never have I seen such a perplexing Flash animation! All those delicately morphing shapes stretching and bending this way and that into absolutely breathtaking transformations completely captured my eye. The abstract music only seeked to accentuate this movie's theme.

An achievement. Great work!
